The company 

For an international startup we are looking for four developers. Two full stack front end developers and two full stack back end developers. They are working with the newest techniques and they are on the urge of doubling the amount of people while they conqeur Europe with their company with a good social cause.

The opportunity

As Senior Fullstack Developer you are not just programming; you will be leading product development and product roadmap considering our focus area and you will be translating these into concrete tasks. As a true expert in the field you use all your knowledge on databases, architecture and services to build a stable, scalable and fast software system. Your inspiring and motivating personality helps you to involve, motivate, coach and inspire colleagues. Sharing knowledge is your addiction! Working with KPI’s is your second nature and you love the lean startup methodology and SCRUM. You are a real team captain and are alway willing to help team members where needed.

You’re profile

Play an active and involved role in the strategy of the focus team;
Invest in your team members to become an all-star team and be as effective as they can be;
Research and analyze the codebase and suggest and initiate structural improvements;
Cooperate with the lead developer to define and enforce principles, best practices, conventions, etc.;
You develop stable, testable, scalable en performing software;
You invest heavily in keeping up-to-date with the latest principles, technologies and ways of working with regard to backend development;
You handle pull-requests by fellow developers helping them to improve;
You monitor the health checks of the system and the KPI’s related to the focusarea and act if needed;
Research and analyze the product/service and suggest and initiate improvements;
Be involved in the team and think of ways on how to continuously improve its performance;
You share actively share knowledge with your team.

An absolute expert in the field of fullstack development;
A team player who takes responsibility for collective goals;
A missionary for fullstack development: you are always are of the newest updates and technologies;
Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Node.js, REST, SQL Server, MongoDB, and AWS;
Multidisciplinary. Our teams are adjusted to the needs and goals of both our users and the company. Expect not only to work closely with other developers and designers but also with marketeers, support agents, etc.;
Someone who thinks horizontally and bottom-up. We are a flat organization and strongly believe in leadership instead of management;
