This team within Product Development department is all about customer acquisition: How do we get as many people as possible to our website? It is all about finding and matching the right people. Together with the multidisciplinary focus team consisting of designers, developers, marketers and the Lead Customer Experience you’re working every day to improve your team and to optimize and maximize our growth.

The role

You are not just programming; you will be leading product development and product roadmap considering our focus area and you will be translating these into concrete tasks. You have a clear vision on frontend architecture and are experienced implementing these. Your inspiring and motivating personality helps you to involve, motivate, coach and inspire colleagues. Sharing knowledge is your addiction! Working with KPI’s is your second nature and you love the lean startup methodology and SCRUM.

We are looking for

• An absolute expert in the field of frontend development;
• Inspiring and motivating leader;
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, SASS/LESS, Grunt, Bower, Gulp etc.;
• A team player who takes responsibility for collective goals;
• A missionary for frontend development: you are always are of the newest updates and technologies;
• Experience with software patterns and frontend frameworks
• Multidisciplinary
