The opportunity

In a nutshell: you do everything in your power to improve and optimize the user experience of clients. By organizing workshops and or design sprints you gather feedback from stakeholders and users as well as analyze user data. This information feeds your ongoing exploration into different approaches to solve end-users’ problems, infusing usability research and improvement of existing applications as well as the development of new interaction designs for the product portfolio. In this leading role, you set up and supervise a thorough design process and ensure that stakeholders, product owners, our development team and the UI designer are all involved, each in their assigned role in a project. You deliver clear prototypes and wireframes and are eloquent in substantiating your design choices, getting your stakeholders on board.

You’re profile

You have a passion for cool and effective user-friendly products. You get your hands dirty: you can make prototypes (e.g. Sketch, Axure) and wireframes (e.g. Sketch, Figma) and work as hard as anyone to improve the customer experience to the max. Since you’ve been working in a similar role for – at least – the last 5 years, with lots of experience in conducting usability research and SCRUM, you are considered a senior in your field. You show natural authority in running the design process from set-up to delivery and can easily adapt in changing contexts and to different stakeholders, users and colleagues. With your excellent communication skills, in both Dutch and English, you manage to enthuse all involved in getting the best result possible.
